Minutes from February 2025 Meeting: Read as true and correct. Moved - Chi. Seconded - Nik. Carried / passed.

Matters Arising:

• Rural Design doing design for sensory garden.  Ground too hard for planting.  Bunnings for timber, seat, gazebo, steps etc.
• Sports t-shirts/polos being finalised.
• Container finalised. Delivery pending.
• Kim will apply for sports equipment grant.

• Pick up area will stay as is. Communicate with KSA regarding their events.
• Michelle to contact MoE.  Ideas for bus monitoring discussed.

• Tracking well.
• Pre-audit meeting done.

Property: 

• Len still filling in for Jim.  Len’s hours at school will reduce due to his other job.
• Music room paused - MoE in charge of buildings. Michelle to check with MoE how we can still use grant.

• High expectations on teachers with new curriculum.
• Noho Marae successful.

Principal Report: Read and discussed.

• Maniakalaani producing excellent results but is time consuming for teachers.
• NELP (National Education Learning Priorities) Objective 1 discussed.
